First Robotic Surgery Unit in Dominican Republic Opens, Honors Dr. Samadi

David B. Samadi, MD, world-renowned robotic prostate surgeon is in Dominican Republic at the inauguration of the Hospital Metropolitano de Santiago (HOMS) first robotic surgery unit. The unit was named in honor of Dr. Samadi. After the ribbon cutting, Dr. Samadi performed the first-ever robotic prostate surgery in the Dominican Republic.
