DR My husband who is 41 was Diagnosed with prostate cancer. BX revealed that of 15 samples 6 sections (A-F) all sections positive. Gleason score 6. Husband is 6'2 and 335 lbs. We have been informed by 2 Surgeons that he is not candidate for procedure due to his size. Recently have been told physician does not want to do perineal surgery either. Wants husband to do seed implant. Husbands PSA is increasing. First BXs where completed December 2008 w/no irregularities. I am really concerned. Please advise.
