Millions of American men take fish oil dietary supplements that are abundant with Omega-3 to improve overall health, reduce cholesterol and heart disease risks, and other benefits. A new study links large fish oil consumption with an increased risk of developing lethal prostate cancer. Men that take fish oil supplements should consider it a medication and the daily dosage amounts should be discussed with a doctor.
