After the shock of being diagnosed with cancer, my  next step was to find the best doctor to remove the prostate. I found Dr. Samadi, and he and his team did a great job of patient in-take and supporting me practically and emotionally through the process. The surgery itself apparently went according to plan and the outcome was spectacular. First of all I got confirmation that the cancer had not spread beyond the prostate, which was a  major relief. Thanks to the robot assisted technology, the operation was  performed with only five very small incisions, which greatly sped up the healing process and diminished the discomfort. I am gradually regaining my continence, and progressed far enough after six weeks to get back on my road bike. I can now look again to the future cancer-free! Dr. Samadi has lived up to his reputation and delivered on the high expectations.
