Men who eat a diet high in vegetable fat, such as nuts, avocados, and olive oil, may be less likely to have their prostate cancer spread. Dr. Samadi explains that researchers were able to identify a reduced risk of prostate cancer metastasis when men (who were already diagnosed with prostate cancer) consumed diets high in various types of vegetable fat.
